Chocolate Mousse from Boston Showcase
Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
1-1/2 squares of unsweetened chocolate 2-1/2 squares of semi sweet chocolate 5 eggs separated 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups whipped cream Few drops of vanilla 1-1/2 cups of crushed chocolate wafers or Oreos
Directions
Make whipped cream. Save extra for adding on top. Beat egg whites until firm and set aside. Beat yolks until creamy and gradually add sugar and vanilla. Melt the chocolate in microwave or pot. Stir in melted chocolate. Fold in the egg whites. Fold in 1-1/2 cups of whipped cream.
Crust
Crumble the chocolate wafers or Oreos to make 1 1/2 cups crumbs in a blender. Add 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of butter while blending. Butter dish before you put crumbs in. Bake in preheated oven at 375 for about 12 minutes.
Let the crust cool before pouring mousse into dish. Add the remaining whipped cream to the top by spreading evenly. Let the mousse set for at least eight hours before serving.
