Commercial kitchen design projects vary dramatically from one operation to the next. Kitchens in a city may be half the size of kitchens in a suburb but have twice as many diners each day. The proper design with the correctly specified equipment is a Boston Showcase Company specialty. In the past few years, our restaurant kitchen design and project management team has worked on Davio's and Skipjack's at Patriot Place, The Beacon Grille in Woburn, Bistro du Midi in Boston, and Bickford's in Needham.

Our engineers each have more than ten years experience designing kitchens and managing projects.  They work closely with chefs to identify the most efficient, useful equipment to their particular operation. Using AutoCAD, engineers create customized layouts for chefs and owners to view. The engineers interface with the Boston Showcase Company sales representative for each project to understand the full scope of the operation, even outside of the kitchen.  Boston Showcase Company also works intimately with architects, general contractors, consultants and interior designers to ensure that the front-of-the-house design and operation, which helps bring the customers back, works seemlessly with the back-of-the-house.
