The husband and wife team of Aaron and Shanna Chambers, whose restaurant Settler is already renowned, is bringing their latest concept to Salem, MA. Bernadette will feature French-inspired cuisine with fresh, local ingredients. BSC designed the kitchen and provided the foodservice equipment, which included a cooking suite from Hestan, a walk-in cooler from Norbec and bar equipment from Krowne.
