FiDO Pizza- Boston, MA
The latest venture from Traveler Street Hospitality, FiDO Pizza is an eclectic pizza-focused restaurant at the new Allston Labworks campus. The project included a pizza oven from Wood Stone and PizzaMaster, bar equipment from Glastender and walk-in cooler/freezers from American Panel. Boston Showcase Company worked closely with the owners to supply all of the tabletop items as well, from premier brands such as 1880 Hospitality, Steelite, Front of the House and Libbey.
