A burger and fries at lunch is a meal of the past for many, which is why Life Alive, which serves delicious, healthy meals, is thriving. Their latest location in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay is the fifth for this growing franchise. Chef Leah Dubois is the company’s “culinary visionary” and worked closely with Matt Starr to make this project a success. Equipment highlights included ice machines and refrigeration from Hoshizaki, display cases from Structural Concepts, a heavy duty range from Jade and a Turbochef oven.
