Privacy Policy
This page describes what this website collects, why, and how long it is kept. It reflects how the site is actually built rather than a template. Boston Showcase Company’s counsel should review it before launch and add anything the company’s jurisdictions require.
What This Site Collects
Forms. When you submit the contact or careers form we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number and message you type, plus any file you choose to attach. Nothing else. There is no record of what you read or where you arrived from.
Files you attach. A résumé or document is stored in this site’s own media library so we can open it. It is not shared outside Boston Showcase Company.
Maps. The two location maps in the footer are served by Google Maps, so loading a page means your browser contacts Google, which may record that request under its own privacy policy. We send Google nothing about you.
Analytics and cookies. None. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking, and it sets no cookies for visitors. WordPress sets a session cookie only for signed-in administrators.
What We Do With It
Why we hold it. Only to answer your enquiry or consider your application. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to market anything you did not ask about.
Where it goes. Each submission is emailed to Boston Showcase Company and stored in this website’s database, so an enquiry is never lost to a mail failure.
How long we keep it. For as long as it is useful to the conversation it belongs to. Ask us to delete it and we will.
